Artist statement: An image of going inward to think about and cherish the self. Even though there are times we feel very alone, we are never alone. Leaves are imprinted in the background as my play on the words; no one ever leaves us and we are never alone. Remembering there is always more than the eye can see. The protecting hands are also raven (who knows all things are possible) and eagle (reminder of the Divine's infinite love ).
