Artist statement: When we lose someone we love the grief seems overwhelming. Releasing the pain and allowing the energy to flow upward and out to the higher good of life's lessons is healthy but very difficult. Here the howling releases her grief which drifts upward with the spirit that soars towards the light, where the pain changes dimensions and then we are free. Often there is no answer for WHY. But we can be open to HOW to love and live again.
