  • FREE SHIPPING for entire USA
  • Orders are shipped the next business day From Wisconsin Rapids, Wisconsin via USPS and it usually take 3-5 days to arrive in the USA.
  • You will receive "Emailed tracking" info when it ships (check your spam/jink folder - it often goes there!) Subject: Your order from Free Spirit Best Bike Jerseys shipped
  • AFFORDABLE shipping prices overseas! To see cost- Put items in shopping cart and click on "INTERNATIONAL -outside USA" to see shipping price!
To Use DISCOUNT COUPONS, GIFT CERTIFICATES:
  • Enter your coupon code in the "Coupon Code" box in the shopping cart and click "recalculate" (limit one coupon per order)

FREE EXCHANGE, RETURN, REPAIR POLICY:
  • If you are not satisfied with one of our products at the time you receive it, or if one of our products does not perform to your satisfaction, you may return it to us for replacement, repair, or refund. 
  • We generally ask For exchanges/returns to please do within 30 days after your purchase, (or its ok if its more time if you buy it ahead for the holidays!) The item just needs to be in BRAND NEW condition for exchange or return!
  • Damage due to wear and tear will be repaired at a reasonable charge- contact us for more info.

EXCHANGES:

  • Once we receive your item back (in brand new condition) we will ship you the exchange item of your choice (the same $ value of the original item).
  • If the item you choose is of lesser or more value than the one you first bought we will refund you the difference, or arrange to send an invoice for if it's more.

  • Item must be in BRAND NEW condition to be exchanged

REFUNDS:

FOR FREE RETURN LABELS:

To return a BRAND NEW item that you bought from us for exchange or refund: PLEASE FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. CONTACT US to REQUEST A RETURN LABEL (limit 1 return label per item bought)
  2. INCLUDE IN YOUR EMAIL:

    YOUR ORDER NUMBER (If you don't have an order #, provide name of purchaser, or if it was a gift - any info you have regarding the purchase)

  3. We will E-mail you a "FREE Return Label" and an "Exchange/Return form" to fill out, as soon as we can.

  4. PRINT AND USE return LABEL as soon as possible (label expires in a few days).
  5. Stick Mailing label onto PLAIN envelope (NOT Priority!)
  6. PUT INTO PACKAGE:
    • Your new item for return or exchange
    • Exchange/Return form, filled out
    • No staples or paper clips please
  7. Ship via US Postal Service (any out-going USPS mail box or give to your mail carrier)
  8. Allow up to 15 days for your request to be processed. (usually it's much quicker than that - but depends on mail speed and other factors.)

    NOTE: USPS does not offer a quick and easy return label service for small companies like us- so we have to do it this way for now.:)

BACKORDER OR SPECIAL ORDER POLICY:
  • Your credit card will be charged for the entire amount of the sale at the time you place your backorder or special order.
  • Back orders and special orders usually ship within 4-6 weeks.
  • Feel free to e-mail us for updated status.
