FREE Returns/Exchanges in USA - Please Read

Our Free Return Policy is good for 10 days after your purchase. (30 days allowed only for orders in November & December holiday gift season) If you are not satisfied with one of our products at the time you receive it, or it is the wrong size, you may return it to us for Free Exchange or Refund (one time) 

To be eligible for Free Exchange or Refund: your item must be unused and in the same brand new condition that you received it and have the tags and be in the original packaging.

CLOSEOUTS/ HOT DEALS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE. (both Mens & Womens Close-out sales are final) 

ONE TIME FREE RETURN LABEL PER PURCHASE: We offer Free labels and Free exchanges on all purchases ONE TIME for each product you buy. We charge a $20 fee if you need a 2nd label from us to exchange any product(s) a 2nd time. Email us if you need a second return label (we'll send you an invoice to pay online) OR mail the product with our customer form to us to this address:

EASY RETURN INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Print BOTH Pages above
  • Cut return label in half and you keep the bottom half. 
  • Put your Return Item(s) into a PLAIN or First Class package (not marked Priority).
  • Attach the top part of RETURN LABEL to your package.
  • Please use a regular blue or black INK pen to fill out customer form. (pencil & markers are not readable when processed) 
  • Include your completed "Customer Form" in package to indicate Exchange or Refund.
  • No paper clips or staples in package please!
  • Mail via US Postal Service within 3 days after making label - you can take it to any US Post Office or put into any out-going USPS mail box, give to your mailman, or see instructions when you make your label to schedule a pick up. You do not need to stand in line!
  • We will process your Exchange or Return as soon as we receive your package.
  • If you have more than one item to return- you may use one label and find a package to fit them all. Print out more customer forms if needed.

There are certain situations where refunds or exchanges are not granted:

- Any item not in its original new condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error 

- Any item that is returned more than 60 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable): 

Once your return is received and inspected. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
