FREE Returns/Exchange Policies

To be eligible for Free Exchange or Refund: your item must be unused and in the same brand new condition that you received it and have the tags and be in the original packaging.

Our Free Return/Exchange Policy is good for 20 days after your purchase. (30+ days allowed for orders in November & December holiday gift season, or if you have a reasonable delay due to life circumstances) If you are not satisfied with one of our products at the time you receive it, or it is the wrong size, you may return it to us for Free Exchange or Refund (one time per purchase) 

Amazon orders: If you bought your jersey on Amazon and were lucky & found our webpage and you want to EXCHANGE your item instead of returning it for refund that is OK! Just follow our instructions below for your free return label and customer form. BUT if you "Authorize your return thru Amazon" then you must use the Amazon shipping label and we must process a refund and cannot exchange it. (Amazon's system won't allow us to do exchanges for a different size) If you authorized the return thru Amazon then you can order again in the new size.

Print 2 Pages-For fast exchange or refund-please print BOTH forms: 


  • Print BOTH Pages above
  • Cut return label in half and you keep the bottom half. 
  • Put your Return Item(s) into a PLAIN or First Class package (not marked Priority).
  • Attach the shipping part of RETURN LABEL to your package.
  • Please use a blue or black INK pen to fill out customer form. (pencil & markers and highlighters are not readable when scanned) 
  • Include your completed "Customer Form" in package to indicate Exchange or Refund.
  • No paper clips or staples in package please!
  • Mail via US Postal Service within 3 days after making label - you can take it to any US Post Office or put into any out-going USPS mail box, give to your mailman, or see instructions when you make your label to schedule a pick up. You do not need to stand in line!
  • We will process your Exchange or Return as soon as we receive your package.
  • If you have more than one item to return- you may use one label and find a package to fit them all. Print out more customer forms if needed.

There are certain situations where refunds or exchanges are not granted:

- Any item not in its original new condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error 

- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery (excluding around the Holidays; November thru January or you've emailed us to explain your special circumstances)

Refunds (if applicable): 

Once your return is received and inspected. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
